Customers who self-identify as having accessibility needs qualify for a 25% discount on any in-market Unlimited Data, Rollover Data, Canada, US & Mexico, or Promo plan, as well as select Starter Data plans. Please note that this discount can’t be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
To apply for the Accessibility Discount, send your name, Eastlink Mobile account number, mobile phone number and a copy of your disability association membership (if available) to our Accessibility team through one of the following options:

Once your application has been approved, a 25% monthly discount will be applied to your mobile account.
In addition, customers who self-identify as having accessibility needs are eligible for an extended trial period of 30 days when purchasing mobile services for the first time. The extended trial period allows you to use the full amount of minutes and data included in your plan, so you can properly test your service and phone to ensure it meets your needs.
