Eastlink enables businesses to leverage Microsoft Teams® phone system functionality, to replace their aging PBX/Centrex based services.  Connect to the Public Switched Telephone Network ( PSTN) via Direct Routing and/or Operator Connect.

 

Eastlink connects MS Teams® clients to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) over Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), allowing users to keep their telephone numbers, make/receive telephone calls. Further, Eastlink ensures any remaining phone use cases, not addressed by Microsoft Teams®, are addressed through our hosted voice services.

Direct Routing

We enable organizations to leverage Microsoft Teams phone system functionality and connect via Direct Routing and SIP Trunking through a Microsoft Certified Session Border Controller (SBC) to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). 

Eastlink as your service provider, activates and deactivates phone numbers, can provide supporting voice/phone services to integrate with legacy phone services such as alarm, elevator, fax.

Redundant Microsoft Certified Session Border Controller(s) to support Direct Routing is hosted by Eastlink in our highly resilient facilities. 

Operator Connect

We enable organizations to leverage Microsoft Teams phone system functionality and connect via Operator Connect to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). 

For Businesses with Microsoft Teams users across the country or the globe, Operator Connect enables businesses to select operators by region. 

Activating and deactivating users in Operator Connect is also easy and new phone numbers can be added quickly, and old ones easily removed.

Operator Connect is best suited for businesses that do not have complex requirements to support legacy phone services.
