Customer Records Form 

Use this form if you're an Eastlink Residential customer seeking access to your own personal information. Eastlink Business customers should contact their account representative.

 

Timelines and fees:

Requests usually take 30 days to process, and you'll be notified if additional time is required to complete your request.
If your request involves many records, you may be charged a fee. These costs will be clearly communicated to you beforehand.

 

Record delivery:

Records will typically be printed and mailed to the billing or email address we have on file.
Access to call recordings will typically be provided on a remote, time-limited basis.
Privacy legislation grants companies flexibility regarding the format in which they provide records. As a result, you may not receive the records in the specific format you requested.

 

Eastlink does not keep records of the following:

  • Details of local phone calls placed or received using our home phone service.
  • Details of long distance calls placed using our home phone service unlimited long distance plans.
  • Details of customers’ use of our internet service, like websites visited.
  • The contents of text messages sent or received using our mobile service.

The records below are available using Eastlink's Home Services My Account and Mobile My Account. Since customers already have access to these records, a fee will generally be charged for any printouts or copies requested using this form. For example, a fee of $5 per bill will generally be charged for bill reprints.

  • The home phone bills available on Home Services My Account show a list of long distance calls placed using a per minute long distance plan. Records are available for the past 82 months while your home phone service is active, and access to Home Services My Account is available for up to 85 days after you disconnect your service.
  • Mobile bills available on Mobile My Account show a list of calls and texts sent and received. Records are available for the past 36 months while your mobile account is active.
