Most phones are accepted. Find the current value of your phone online or visit us in-store.
To be accepted as a trade-in, your phone must be able to power on, make a call and have working speakers. It must also be free of liquid damage and physical damage like deep scratches or a cracked screen. Surface scratches are acceptable.
No, we only need your phone. If you no longer need the charger or accessories, bring them with you and we can recycle them for you.
Make sure to turn off Find My iPhone or Samsung’s Find My Mobile and the reactivation lock. If you don't, we won’t be able to reset your phone to its original setting and it won't qualify for trade-in.
The value of your trade-in, based on the make and model of your phone and its condition, will be given as a store credit. You can use this credit towards the purchase of a new phone and/or accessories. It can't be exchanged for cash. If your credit is more than the upfront price of your new phone, the rest must be used for accessories or towards your new phone's monthly tab. You must use your trade-in credit during your visit. Any remaining credit won't be valid once you leave the store.
All trade-ups are final and your device can’t be returned after it’s traded-in, so make sure to back up anything important.
You can trade-in one phone for each new device purchase.
