The campaign was inspired by the tens of thousands of positive comments Eastlink receives from customers each month. To bring it to life, some of these customers were invited to share their stories on camera, reflecting the genuine impact of the kind of service the company delivers each and every day.
Research conducted by The Research Design House shows Eastlink leads its major competitors in customer satisfaction on crucial brand qualities like ease of doing business, genuinely caring about their customers, striving to get things right the first time and making it right when they don’t.
