How to Program Your Remote Control
Find your remote below to learn how to program it to your TV, DVD player and audio/video receiver.
Before you begin, double check that your remote’s batteries are working properly by pressing the power button.
To program your TiVo® Stream remote to your TV:
Turn on your TV.
Press and hold the TiVo and TV POWER buttons on the remote at the same time for about 3 seconds. The activity indicator light will turn solid red.
Press Volume Down 3 times and then press the TiVo button. The activity indicator light will flash red 3 times.
Press the TiVo button again and follow the on-screen instructions.
You’ve now programmed your TiVo Stream remote to your TV.
To program your TiVo Stream remote to your audio/video receiver:
Turn on your TV.
Press the TiVo button on the remote.
Select Menu from the homepage.
Select Remote Settings.
Select Set Up A/V Receiver.
Select Next.
Select your receiver or audio device’s brand.
Select Next to test the remote.
Press OK to test volume up.
Select Yes if the A/V receiver power indicator is displayed. Otherwise, select No to try the next code on the list or
Select try again to repeat the same code.
Repeat step 10 to test Mute and Power.
Select Finish and return to the menu.
You've now programmed your TiVo Stream remote to your audio/video receiver.
