On your home phone, press *99 in Atlantic Canada or *98 outside of Atlantic Canada. If you’re away from home, you can also check your voicemail by calling your home number. When the greeting begins, press * and then enter your password.

Press 1 to access your message centre.

• Press 1 to listen to your new messages. If you’d like the message to play immediately without including the caller’s phone number, date and time, press 5.

• Press 7 to delete your message.

• Press 9 to save your message.

• Press 2 to listen to all your saved messages.

• Press 3 to listen to all your messages.

• Press 4 to send a message.

• Press 5 to recover a message you just deleted.

When finished, press * to return to the previous menu.

2.    Press 4 on the main menu to manage your account.

3.    Press 3 to manage your voicemail greeting.

• Press 1 to manage your primary or personal greeting.

4.    Press 1 to manage your PIN.

5.    Enter a new PIN and press #.

6.    To accept the new PIN press 1 or to try again, press 2.

Before a voicemail message plays, an automated introduction message will tell you the caller’s phone number, date and time. To modify this message or use the abbreviated version:

1.    Dial *99 in Atlantic Canada or *98 outside of Atlantic Canada to access your voicemail.

2.    Press 4 on the main menu to manage your account.

3.    Press 2 to manage your mailbox preferences.

4.    Press 5 to modify the amount of information in the introduction or press 2 to use the abbreviated version.

5.    When finished, press * to return to the previous menu.

1.    Lift the receiver and press *94.

2.    Listen for three quick beeps followed by a regular dial tone.

3.    Enter the number of rings you want, up to a maximum of 9.

4.    Listen for two quick beeps followed by a disconnect click, and then hang up.
