How to Move Your Services to a New Home

 

Moving? If you haven’t already, chat with us online or call us at 1-888-345-1111 so we can move your home services to your new address. Make sure you have the following information ready:

    • Your home services account number
    • Your contact information during your move
    • The address of your new home, including the postal code
    • Your preferred disconnection and connection dates

 

Do I need to take my equipment with me when I move?

    • Internet & TV: Bring all your Eastlink equipment, including remotes and power cords, to your new home.
    • Home Phone: Leave your Eastlink equipment in your current home.
    • Call us at 1-888-345-1111 or chat with us online to discuss your options.

 

Can I self-install my internet and TV at my new home?

Some internet and TV services can be self-installed. Call us at 1-888-345-1111 to confirm whether your services are eligible. You’ll also need to let us know when you’re disconnecting your services and where you’re relocating them to. When you’re ready to activate your equipment at your new home, call us at 1-866-238-2390.
