Click Registration / Forgot Username / Forgot Password.
Click I'd like to register for an online account.
Enter your 16-digit account number and postal code. These can be found on your home services bill.
Click Submit.
Check your email for a message from Eastlink Customer Care.
Click the link in the email to create your username and password.
Click Submit.
Above under Mobile My Account, click Log In.
Click Register Now.
Enter your mobile number and 10-digit account number. These can be found on your mobile bill.
Click Send Verification Code.
Check your email for a message from Eastlink Mobile. It’ll contain your verification code.
Create your username and password and enter your verification code.
Click Login Now.
