It’s easy to make a one-time payment, set up or modify pre-authorized payments using the Eastlink Mobile My Account App. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play to get started.
Log in to your Eastlink Mobile My Account App with your username and password.
Select Pay Now.
Enter the amount to pay.
Read and accept the payment terms & conditions.
Click Pay Now.
Enter your credit card information, or if you’re using a saved credit card, select Use existing card.
Click Submit.
Click Ok.
Log in to your Eastlink Mobile My Account App with your username and password.
Select Account.
Select Payment Information.
Select Add to enter in your Credit Card Details or Bank Account Details.
Enter your credit card or banking information.
Click Submit.
Click Ok.
Scroll down to Pre-Authorized Payments.
Select the Payment Method.
Read and accept the pre-authorized payment terms & conditions.
Click Submit.
Click Ok.
This change will come into effect for your next billing period. You’ll need to make a one-time payment for your current bill.
Log in to your Eastlink Mobile My Account App with your username and password
Select Account.
Select Payment Information.
Select Edit to update your Credit Card Details.
Enter your credit card information.
Click Submit.
Click Ok.

Select Payment Information. If required, select Add to enter in your new Credit Card Details or Bank Account Details.
Enter your credit card or banking information.
Click Submit.
Click Ok.
Scroll down to Pre-Authorized Payments.
Select the new Payment Method.
Read and accept the pre-authorized payment terms & conditions.
Click Submit.
Click Ok.

Log in to your Eastlink Mobile My Account App with your username and password.
Select Account.
Select Payment Information.
Scroll down to Pre-Authorized Payments.
Click Off.
Your existing credit card or bank account details will remain in the app unless you delete them.
You can also pay your bill using our automated system, online or telephone banking, mailing a cheque or filling out our pre-authorized payment form. Please note that we aren’t able to accept bill payments in-store.
Call 1-888-345-1111, enter the 10-digit phone number associated with your mobile account followed by the number sign, and follow the prompts to either make a one-time payment or set up pre-authorized payments.
Use "Eastlink Wireless" as the payee and enter your mobile account number. If you need further assistance, contact your bank or credit union directly. A service fee may apply.
During the Canada Post strike mailed payments will not be received. We ask that you choose an alternative payment method during this time.
Set up pre-authorized payments from your bank account by completing our form and submitting it along with a void cheque.

We accept Canadian Visa & MasterCard payments, including credit, debit and prepaid cards. You can also use a US credit card to make a one-time payment or set up pre-authorized payment using our automated system. US credit cards can’t be used to pay your bill in the Eastlink Mobile My Account App.
Your account number can be found on the top right corner of your mobile bill.
If you made an incorrect online or telephone banking payment, contact your bank to submit a refund request to us. They need to fax the request to Customer Payment Services at 1-866-531-9456. Depending on the bank, it may take 3 to 10 business days for you to receive your refund.
