All eSIM-compatible phone models sold by Eastlink will automatically be set up with an eSIM. If you are bringing an eSIM-compatible phone to Eastlink, you can visit a retail store or call us at 1-888-345-1111.
If you have an eligible Android device, we are able to send you a QR code that will push the eSIM profile to your phone, automatically activating the device on the Eastlink network.
If you have an eligible iPhone, your device will automatically be provisioned with an eSIM when activating or upgrading.
Once you have received the emailed QR code, you can scan the image from the screen of another device. You will need to have your phone connected to WiFi to complete the eSIM activation.

If you believe you have misplaced your device, contact us at 1-888-345-1111. We will put a temporary suspension on your account to prevent fraudulent usage on your plan while you try to locate it.
Yes, as long as the wireless provider outside of Canada supports eSIM and your mobile device model. Once you return from abroad, you may switch back to your Eastlink eSIM.
eSIM QR codes are single-use only and will not work on different devices. If you get a new device that is compatible on the Eastlink Network, simply call us at 1-888-345-1111 and we will email you a new QR code.
Yes, however, if you delete your eSIM profile you will need to get a new QR code to add your eSIM profile back and regain service.
