If you subscribed to a new Unlimited Data, Rollover Data, Canada, US & Mexico, Promo or Talk & Text plan on November 5, 2024 or later, your plan is eligible for the pre-authorized payment discount.
If you're on an eligible mobile plan, simply set up pre-authorized bill payments in Mobile My Account. The discount will appear on your next bill and will remain on your account for as long as you stay on an eligible plan and enrolled in pre-authorized payments.
Setting up pre-authorized payments is easy. If you haven’t already, download the Mobile My Account app for iOS here or for Android here, and then follow the steps below.
Log in to your Eastlink Mobile My Account App with your username and password.
Select Account.
Select Payment Information.
Select Add to enter your credit card or bank account details.
Enter in credit card or banking information and click Submit.
Click Ok.
Scroll down to Pre-Authorized Payments.
Select the Payment Method.
Read and accept the Pre-Authorized Payments Terms and Conditions.
Click Submit.
Click Ok.
You've now successfully set up pre-authorized payments, which will take effect for your next billing period.

No, you'll receive the discount on your mobile bill for as long as you stay on an eligible plan and enrolled in pre-authorized payments.
If you’ve set up pre-authorized payments, the pre-authorized payment discount will be applied to any eligible Unlimited Data, Rollover Data, Canada, US & Mexico, Promo or Talk & Text plans on your account.
Absolutely! If you’re on an eligible plan, you can set up pre-authorized payments at any time and receive the pre-authorized payment discount in your next billing period.
If you set up pre-authorized payments before the end of your billing period, the $10/mo pre-authorized payment discount will be applied in your next billing period.
If you update your pre-authorized credit card information or change your pre-authorized payment method in the middle of your billing period, the discount may not be applied to your next bill and you may need to make a one-time payment. The discount will be applied again to your following bill.
If your pre-authorized credit card expires, your discount will fall off. To continue to receive the discount, you’ll need to set up pre-authorized payments with the new expiration date and CVV.
If we’re not able to process your bill payment, your discount will fall off. To continue to receive the discount, you’ll need to set up pre-authorized payments again.
