If you’re on an extended vacation and don’t intend to use your phone, you can take advantage of a seasonal plan to reduce your monthly charges.
Seasonal plans replace the monthly cost of your plan with a small seasonal fee while keeping your plan and phone number active. This fee doesn’t replace your monthly 911 service fee, easyTab® contribution or device protection charges.
While on a seasonal plan, you won’t be able to access data, voice or text messaging, but you will be able to call 911 in an emergency. If you share data with other lines on your account, they won’t have access to your data allotment.
When you’re ready to come off seasonal, you’ll be set up with the best in-market plan to suit your needs.
You’re eligible for a seasonal plan if your account has been active for at least one month and is up-to-date and in good standing.
You can be on a seasonal plan once a year, for a minimum of one month and a maximum of six months.
