easyTravel lets you use the same plan you use at home in 170+ international countries for $13/day in the US and $16/day in all other eligible destinations. You'll only be charged the daily fee on days when you use your phone. We recommend choosing easyTravel if you plan to use your phone frequently while in your destination.

easyTravel is triggered by:

• Making an outbound call

• Using data (download or upload)

• Sending a text, picture or video message

• Receiving a picture or video message with data roaming on

• Activating call forwarding

• Receiving a call and answering it

• Declining a call and sending it to voicemail by pressing "ignore"

• Checking your voicemail

To activate easyTravel, log in to your Mobile My Account app. On your dashboard, select "Travel Plan" and click "Activate" under easyTravel. If you have multiple lines on your account, you'll need to do this for each line you wish to activate easyTravel for.

Travel packs give you a fixed amount of minutes and messages, with or without data, to use over a fixed number of days. We recommend adding a travel pack if you plan to use your phone only occasionally while in your destination.

To add a travel pack, log in to your Mobile My Account app. On the dashboard, select "Travel Plan" and navigate to the travel pack section. Enter the destination you're travelling to to see available options. Add the travel pack that best suits your needs and specify the date you'd like it to start. If you have multiple lines on your account, you'll need to do this for each line that you wish to have a travel pack for.

To see the remaining messages, minutes and data available in your travel pack, log in to your Mobile My Account app and check the plan usage section on your dashboard.

Additional usage rates will apply if you exceed what's included in your travel pack. Additional usage rates are:

• For destinations within Mexico and the Caribbean: $0.50 per minute, $0.15 per message, $1.00 per MB

• For destinations within Central and South America: $1.00 per minute, $0.25 per message, $2.00 per MB

• For destinations within the UK and Europe: $0.50 per minute, $0.15 per message, $1.00 per MB

• For destinations within the Middle East and Asia: $1.00 per minute, $0.25 per message, $2.00 per MB

• For destinations within Africa: $2.00 per minute, $0.75 per message, $10.00 per MB

• For destinations within Australia and Oceania: $0.50 per minute, $0.15 per message, $1.00 per MB

If you choose to use your phone outside of Canada without using easyTravel, a travel pack or the Canada-US Rollover Data plan, pay-per-use roaming rates will apply.

Current pay-per-use roaming rates are:

• United States: $1.45 per minute, $0.50 per message, $5.00 per MB

• For destinations within Mexico and the Caribbean: $2.00 per minute, $0.75 per message, $5.00 per MB

• Cuba: $2.50 per minute, $0.75 per message, $10.00 per MB

• For destinations within Central and South America: $3.00 per minute, $0.75 per message, $10.00 per MB

• For destinations within the UK and Europe: $2.00 per minute, $0.75 per message, $5.00 per MB

The Data Roaming Protection Limit & Worry Free Data settings in Mobile My Account can help you manage your pay-per-use roaming charges:

• Data Roaming Protection Limit: limits your pay-per-use charges to $100 per billing period. This setting does not apply to minutes or messages.

• Worry Free Data: prevents any pay-per-use charges for data. This setting does not apply to minutes or messages.
