Universal Call Blocking helps reduce some unwanted, unsolicited, spoofed or spam phones calls by blocking phone numbers that don’t follow an established pattern. This can include numbers with more than 15 digits or a string of numbers that do not follow an established format like 000-000-0000.
Universal Call Blocking provides a better phone experience but does not block all calls you may not want to receive. For example, a call from a spoofed legitimate number wouldn’t be blocked.
