To start streaming content, follow a few simple steps.

1. Go to (or download) your app of choice.

2. Find and click on Log in.

3. Select Eastlink as your TV provider.

4. Log in using your Eastlink Stream login credentials. Not registered? Get started here by entering your account number (found on the top right corner of your bill) and your postal code.

You’re now ready to start watching your favourite content.

First, make sure your device meets the go app’s system requirements. If it does and you’re using WiFi, you may need to troubleshoot your network. If you’re using mobile data, try connecting to your WiFi to see if the video quality improves. 

Your login credentials are tied to your account number, and when you moved, we gave you a new account number. To continue streaming content, you’ll need to update your Eastlink Stream account with your new account number and postal code.

To reset your Eastlink Stream password:

1. Login to your Eastlink Stream Account

2. Enter your email address and password

3. Go to Security Settings

If you don't remember your password click on Forgot your Password and enter your email address and account number. A temporary password will be emailed to you. Update your password by logging in with the temporary password and selecting Security Settings.
