TV Channel Exchange is a self-serve tool that lets you swap channels in and out of your channel lineup. You can make changes anytime by logging into My Account. If you haven’t signed up for My Account yet, you can register here.
Log in to My Account, navigate to ‘My Services’ and click on the TV Channel Exchange section. You’ll see a list of channels with red check marks or empty boxes. A red check mark indicates that the channel is already in your lineup and an empty box indicates that you can swap the channel into your lineup.
To start swapping, uncheck the channels you’d like to remove and replace them by checking the same number of channels. When you’re finished, make sure to confirm the changes.

Any channels that you’ve swapped into your lineup will be available to watch instantly.
You’re able to swap any of your swappable channels. The number of swappable channels you have depends on your TV package.
In My Account you will be able to view the number of swappable channels included in your package in the top, right corner. You can continue to swap or add channels until you reach the total indicated.
You can swap channels as often as you like. Once you’ve swapped a channel, it must remain on your account for one month.
TV Channel Exchange is included in most of our Internet & TV bundles today, as well as some of our older TV packaging.
