TiVo Stream and TiVo+ are not available in all regions. TiVo, TiVo+, the TiVo logo and the TiVo silhouette logo are trademarks or registered trademarks and exclusive property of TiVo Brands LLC. Streaming services (other than TiVo+ streaming channels within the TV guide) are not included and a separate subscription/account is required. Eastlink Internet service is required. The Eastlink TiVo Stream mobile app is available to new or existing Eastlink TiVo® Stream customers with select compatible devices and can only be operated while connected to a stable Internet connection (Internet connection meaning WiFi or Mobile Data), for use in Canada only. Usage rates may apply. OnDemand channel availability may vary by area. Availability of live or OnDemand content is based on the channels or add-ons subscribed to, and the geographic location of the customers' service address. Eastlink OnDemand is not included with Entry Level Basic TV service. Some content requires a subscription to the corresponding TV channel. Movie availability varies by region. TiVo+ streaming channels are not available on the TiVo Stream mobile app and can only be accessed through your Eastlink TiVo Stream set-top-box. Pay‑per‑view content is not available via the app.

To use the Eastlink TiVo Stream app (“App”), you must subscribe to our Eastlink TiVo Stream TV service with at least one TiVo set top box. The App is available for download from the app stores on compatible devices (i.e., mobile phone, tablet or Smart TV). Available content is based on your TV subscription and can only be viewed in Canada on a stable Internet connection (WiFi or mobile data). TiVo+ streaming channels are not available on the App and can only be access through the TiVo Stream set-top-box TV guide. Data usage charges may apply off your Eastlink home Internet connection. Due to rights restrictions, some content can only be viewed on your Eastlink home Internet connection (See https://www.eastlink.ca/media/phpnnw0b/tv-channel-packages-eastlink.pdf for more information.). Pay per view content is not available via the App. A maximum of 17 devices can be connected to your TV account (including both TiVo Stream set top boxes and devices using the App), and only 2 can be in use simultaneously.

After 180 days, TiVo Stream DVR recordings will be deleted.
